I think when I picture ambition I automatically think of a powerful male in a sharp suit sitting behind a large office desk which surprises me because ambition can come in many different shapes and forms. I also associate being dynamic with being a leader because someone who's dynamic generally gets along well with people due to their charism and has lots of energy which brings people together. All the kids of leaders who I look up to like Emma Watson and Michelle Obama have dynamic personalities which are able to attract attention and bring people together but they're also compassionate and determined women so theres a lot of traits that overlap being female and being a leader as well. Another trait that I found to be more male in both trials was being assertive even when I know some of the most powerful women leaders have strong opinions and can come across less compassionate in their work. I think I generally associate being assertive with men because when I think of women more I think of someone who is kind and usually smiling and in my own case I find that I try to get work done more by being nice and supportive of my followers rather than being more strict and upfront. I think when women are assertive they come across as cold and bossy whereas men just come across as trying to get their job done and being strong. This double standard is very surprising and unfair to label women as not compassionate or caring simply for being driven and getting their point across more clearly and
