Being A Cheer Coach Research Paper

I plan on being a cheer coach as we all know, since I have talked about it in class for a couple of weeks every time we have been in class. I have worked at a competitive cheer gym as a cheer coach staff member and started the job in June and ended in the first week of August 2021 it was just a summer job that I enjoyed doing and learning different roles and ways of helping kids get different skills and teaching them different ways to fix their skills as well. Also learned that all kids learn in different ways from other kids, do you have some kids that are visual learners, others that get it when you explain to them what they are doing, and others are quick learners?
