It should be compulsory to undergo behavior modification before a child grows into a destructive adult. Secondly, if people enforced better regulation to prevent deviant types of behaviour, it could lead to a better and structured society. Prisoners actually have a nicer style of living compared to the people leaving in the slums. Which means citizens of the country have to pay money to keep these prisons running. High-tech prisons get really nice equipment, food and shelter meaning it can be expensive for people who aren’t in prison to pay. If this prevention was enforced then crime rates would decrease and it would be cheaper/better for the economy.

To restate my first point, small symptoms of deviant behaviour at a young age can be transformed into criminal activity in the future. Next, better regulation to prevent deviant behaviour can lead to an improved society. My last point is the outcome of behaviour modification can help the economy in the long run. If it was made mandatory for society to regulate the youth’s behaviour then the number of incarcerated serial killers would be decreased for future testing of personality
