The two theories that it uses are: Behaviorism and the Social-Cognitive Learning Theories, which both help to assist individuals to understand the learning perspective more and also to understand their actions towards different instances/situations that they face.
In addition, it is found in my major which is Business Science and the students under this field tend to use this theory daily with different tasks that we must do complete, and we also use this theory to help us know how to deal with daily troubles that we face in both school and the environment. In other words, “behaviorists would analyze the environmental factors that are rewarding your giving in to distractions or that are encouraging your outbursts” and they do not focus on your personality or your inner-self, they focus on your actions and reactions to those actions (Carol Wade, 2012). Your behavior is what matters in this theory and the behaviorists take your actions to be who you really are and how you would more than likely react to different scenarios that would occur in your life. Each individual respond differently than others to the same scenario, for example, some students tend to detest different topics in a certain class, whilst others tend to like the subject; and there are some scenarios where people see fights and would rather run away from it, while others rather stay and observe it and tend to enjoy watching it. Another example would be when some children are afraid of clowns and others find them very entertaining, but when those afraid actually get to meet them, they might eventually like them; therefore, the behaviorism in this scenario is showing that children tend to respond to things or other individuals by how they look, but later on can
