Cats can run up to around 30 miles per hour. They can jump seven times their original height. Cats can’t taste sweet tastes. A cat’s average terminal velocity, (it’s max speed while falling) is a lot slower than other mammals, what that means is if you dropped a cat down a semi-big drop, and they land on a flat surface, they’d probably live. A cat’s terminal velocity is about 60 mph, for comparison, a human’s terminal velocity is 130 mph.
