At the beginning of the chapter, I became interested in Kagan’s idea of irresponsible behavior, positions, and structures, especially the irresponsible behavior means of disruptive student behaviors consist of four categories aggression, breaking rules, confrontations and disengagement known as ABCD of disruptive behavior. While working with clients in my program Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), many of my student’s mental health disability will display these behaviors which affects their ability to succeed in the education. As many students will be eligible for an IEP plan with a classification of Emotional Disability to which they will have a Behavioral Intervention Plan (BIP) to reduce their disruptive behaviors to meet their IEP goals,
