1. Complete duties and responsibilities in one’s profession that are ethically and just.
When grading papers I ensure each student is graded on the same grading scale. This ensures that I am fair to all. In addition, when making decisions, I ensure that the decisions that are made are ethically sound. For instance, when disciplining students I ensure that I make decisions that are fair and ethical by using procedures that has been established in my classroom. All parties involved are treated fairly and free from biases.
2. Models behavior that aligns closely with the profession's code of ethics and one’s moral values.
