I found that the patients where more respectful of me, instead of thinking that a patient was trying to get their medication early because they were abusing it when in fact they were actually going out of town for a funeral, I was able to get the medication refilled without an argument giving the patient and I both a more positive feeling. I was able to get along with my family better, I was a much more positive person. Then a few more days came and things got rough at both home and school. I found that for a day or two I was so stressed that I let my guard down and began again judging people without stopping the negative judgment with two positive thoughts first. Stress played a huge role in my ability and inability to have a successful or unsuccessful day of positive thoughts. Then I started thinking about I can alleviate stress from my life, which right now is very difficult to do. So I started to leave a few minutes early from my first job to regroup and reevaluate my situation before I go I would start my second job, I also would repeat this before I got home. This helped with my success because I was able to calm down from any events / emotions that had happened in the last job and clear my head for the next job, and go into my job or home with a positive
