Behavior Change Plan

Decent Essays
My behavior change plan was to try to eat more vegetables each and every day. Ideally, eat seven or more servings of fruits and vegetables. My long term plan was to eat a variety of fruits and vegetables each and every day without thinking twice. My goal is to not have to remind myself to eat healthy, I want to do it naturally. If I can get in the habit of doing this then I believe I will put myself on a good path to a healthier lifestyle.

I have definitely succeeding in trying to eat more vegetables. I have been going to the dining halls on campus more often rather than Festival or Dukes. By doing so I have more options as far healthy eating goes. I had been eating more salads too. This has been the easiest way to implement vegetables into
