Behavior Change Contract
1. I, Kaiyu Yin, agree to avoid tardiness by arriving 10 minutes earlier every day.
2. I will begin on 7/2/2017 and plan to reach my goal of arriving 10 minutes earlier than class starting time by 8/1/2017.
3. To reach my final goal, I have devised the following schedule of mini-goals. For each step in my program, I will give myself the reward listed.
I will go to bed before 12:30 am 7/9 go to my favorite restaurant on weekend
I will get up at 6:25 am 7/16 one day trip to the seaside on weekend
I will leave home before 7:10 am 7/23 go to painting in a park

My overall reward to reaching my goal will be new guitar.
