Is there anything that a beetle doesn't eat? They are ravenously hungry insects that seem to view everything as a source of food. Trees are excluded as they are the target of wood boring beetle. Garden plants can be completely consumed by leaf beetles. When it comes to carpet beetles, nothing is safe as they will eat anything in sight. About the only thing they are good for is cleaning objects that a museum curator may wish to preserve.

If these voracious little insects were to be let loose, nothing would be safe. They will feast on your carpet, chew on your furniture, gobble up hair, pet food, leather and other dead insects. That is just some of the list of things they enjoy.
