Today in class we practiced how to make an omlet, and also how to prepair an over medium egg. I, however, was not able to practice, but what I did with my time was my group members and I started to prepair the pie dough for tomorrow, and also set up the Beef Hash ready for tomorrow as well. We wanted to make something different with our biscuts so Matt came up with an idea, and it was to have frozen strawberries with honey mixed in the dough. We had experienced a few problems with the dough, as we could not get the dough to stop sticking to the rolling pin. When we finally accomplished that we put them in the oven, and when they were done we drizzled honey on top of them. When it was time to clean up I feel like it went smoothly. Everyone did
