The word of “bedsure” was written in our product information, actually is a brand name of bedsure design. Bedsure design specialized in home textile and bedding sets which similar with our product. In the bullet 3, we quoted “bedsure” as a kind of product feature. We didn’t realize it’s a word mark (trademark) of Bedshe International Business Co.Ltd. This is a violation of trademark IP because of our product information team’s inadequate intellectual knowledge.

The corresponding course will bring testing. Our training courses will be conducted once a week. Our IP centralized team members will also provide us with a higher level of intensive training so that we can effectively enhance the overall capabilities and quality.

We will send two of our IP vetting team members to attend the IP Manager Scheme and training courses launched by Hong Kong Intellectual Property Department. This government department also provides IP consultancy services that we can make use of. The 2 team members will lead our internal IP knowledge building. More team members will be sent to join the IP Manager Scheme. We will also provide occasional training for our suppliers to improve their IP infringement
