It is a former science room, and has two doors: one that opens to the outside faculty parking lot, and another is the main entrance that students use to enter the classroom from A Hall. This classroom is much larger than some of the other classrooms in the building, probably because it used to have science laboratory capabilities. The classroom is inviting, with a Breakfast at Tiffany’s poster and quote lining one wall, and every day, an inspirational quote that illuminates her smart board that helps inspire students before the start of class. In addition, there is a teacher’s desk at both the front and back ends of the room, and the room is built to house about 30…

Washburn National Honor Society Chapter: Statement of Purpose Regarding the Washburn Memorial Library Today, February 12, I am here to address you about the Washburn Memorial Library: I, Julia Dahlgren, Vice President and representative of the Washburn National Honor Society, am here this evening to discuss the issue of closing the Washburn town library. Our community rests upon the fragile structures of historical monuments and the atmosphere that we, as Washburn residents, have provided to our little town. By continuously reprimanding vital elements of Washburn, we are not only stripping away the essence of “small town living” but we are also losing parts of ourselves: our bank has faltered, our schools are struggling, our recreation department…

Paved concrete sidewalks meet at steps leading up to the entrance doors, one large step for the east entrance and two for the west. Just inside of the entrance one immediately is faced with two other sets of stairs, one leading up and the other down. While most of the classrooms in the building are for the military’s use, some are used for classes outside that field such as English 100 and some geology recitations. This means persons outside of the military are going to need access to the rooms on all levels of the building.…

Case Study Discussion Questions A. How are patients prioritized for bed assignment? I do not believe this case study talks about prioritization of beds. The case study mentions that “bed assignment is made on the basis of level of care required, the doctor preferences in the choice of the nursing unit, and the scope of care supported by the nursing unit”. The hospital I work for has a bed control department and the members of the bed control departments are basically triage nurses.…

Although the location of my study areas vary, I decided to choose the one where the majority of studying is done which is in my bedroom on the bed. The set up of the area will include surrounding myself with textbooks, two laptaps (one for note taking, the other for research), different colors pens, a notebook, snacks and of course my cell phone. While studying I normally have the television on but its muted. For the purpose of the reaction paper I thought it would be more accurate to have someone observe my actions.…

Every kid wants to experiment when they are younger. Some of us just seem to make a massive mess when we do it. Of course our parents always tell us that we should be careful not to stain our carpets with anything, and that is where I made my mistake. I was sitting in my room bored with nothing to do. May I remind you that this is not a good thing for a seven year old to be doing.…

It was a cold summer night and I could see the sun setting over the lake as I was arranging the lawn chairs around the campfire. I tried to dodge the clouds of gnats as I was running back and forth getting all the cards, snacks, and music ready. Just as I finished I saw the thirty teenagers walking up the long path to the camp directors house ready to participate in an evening activity I planned for them. I watched the girls race to get seats on the lawn chairs and helped the others find seats so they didn’t have to sit on the wet grass. The girls were laughing and having fun…
