Thank you for your post about bed bugs, truly, the bed bugs have the potential to cause extremely serious health problems in humans and as such are one of the public health hazards that have prompted the CDC to enact an advisory. As the spread of bed bugs spread are becoming rampant, more people are worried about their spread and are curious as to the various etiology, way to eradicate the bugs, and the treatment of these bugs. As you mentioned contrary to popular belief, there is no association between bed bugs and filth. The bed bugs will take up residence in even the most cleanly or pristine home provided there is a source of blood available to them.
