In the report, the RP stated on 2/28/2017 she received a phone call from Fatuma Nassanga (designated administrator), stating that the facility had ants and bedbugs. RP stated that she instructed Fatuma on what to do for the bed bugs and to help the residents. RP reported she instructed Fatuma to have an exterminator spray the facility, wash all the residents’ clothes and belongings, also to have all the residents cleared by their physicians and SIR’s for the residents by 2/28/2017. RP reported she has not received any SIR’s as of yet. RP reported on 3/6/2017 a week later, Desmond emailed her stating that he had taken all residents to be checked by their physicians. RP stated that the facility was to have the residents cleared and the SIR’s
