I completely relate and understand the frustration of having writer's block especially when the essay or paper is due in a couple of hours and you have no idea or clue what to write about. I try to avoid it just by free writing. I write down all my thoughts, related or unrelated to the topic that I am writing about to get myself into the groove of writing.
