I want to become a staff member to help the players and other staff members, during my past experience of being a staff member I worked with a wide range of players and have proven myself that I can work well and effectively with them. Becoming staff would allow me, once again to play and work with these people. I am a very friendly person in general and for this reason believe that it would be good to get talking to my past colleagues and to be able to play as a staff member with them.Another reason for me wanting to be a staff member is because I want to re-live the past experience of being staff that I have had on the server. One of the other things that makes me want to become a staff member is because some of the current staff team aren’t very mature or professional in the way that they work so I would like to bring some professional staffing to the server. This would greatly benefit the server in all ways and would also encourage some of the less mature and professional people to follow in my footsteps and to be a better staff member for their own sake and to show that they are worthy of the staff position that they are and can prove themselves for a promotion. Another reason I want to be a staff member here on OPCraft is to show people that I am capable to be a good staff member and to show them that despite everything that has happened in my life I can be a good staff member and still play the server at the same time. Being a good staff member includes banning the hackers and everything to do with staffing but also it includes being a valued and active member in the community. I would class myself as this which is also one of the reasons why I would like to apply to make people see that I am this and that I can ban hackers at the same time.This is also a reason I would like to become a staff member because I want to work with past colleagues and fulfil my potential of being a staff member and to show to the current managers that I have the goodness in me to be a good staff member and to work with the people that are still here today that I worked …show more content…
