I would like to become a Pediatric Nurse(PN) and do the best I can in order to achieve this goal. A Pediatric Nurse is a Nursing Professional that provides health and medical care for children from birth through their late teens. I believe that I have all the right skills in order to become a PN. Although, this career choice did not appear overnight, I have always had a passion for helping others and have always been good with children. This career has many pros and just like any job it comes with a few cons. However, I am willing to comply with any obstacles that might come my way in order to reach my goal. I researched my career and collected very vital information like the salary, job outlook, work environment, and work schedule for Pediatric Nurses. According to The Bureau Of Labor Statistics, Registered Nurses make a median salary of $67,490 per year ($32.40 per hour). IN addition to this, the job outlook is growing by 16%! Compared to other careers, Nursing is skyrocketing. As you may know the medical field is one of the biggest industries in the world. So you can imagine the hectic work environment nurses go through on a daily basis. Nurses spend a lot of time walking, bending, stretching, and standing.
