The first step in becoming a great wide receiver is having eye coordination. The use of eye coordination is being able to read the field as the player runs his route. The wide receiver has to see the field as he runs his routes; therefore, he can read the defense so he can’t get hit when the ball is thrown to the player. Always to any wide receiver good practice routines will affect and build the players attention span to the best ability to catch the passes thrown. The use of having strong hands is being accountable for no dropped passes. Strong hands will be the advantage of the player making hard catches that a normal wide receiver doesn’t make. No matter if the ball is thrown low, high, out of reach, or behind the player having strong hands will give the receiver to make the catch.
