Both Clinical and Forensic professional are types of Psychologist who often times must appear as witnesses in court proceedings. Both professionals must have a Master’s degree for educational requirements. Even though the duties appear to be similar these are the difference; Clinical work is more apt toward a client’s improvement and adjustment methods to life and overall mental health. After receiving my biology degree I knew I wanted to seriously consider a career in the forensic science field.
