I wrote down about 30 notecards, and still did a little more research on those topics. The notecards are very helpful, when I have them organized it's easy to find what topics I need, and what about them.
My search results: There is many things I need to complete before I can be an official csi investigator. I need to earn a bachelor's degree. I can earn a bachelor's degree from online websites. Kaplan university is an option for an online degree. Kaplan university is one of the largest providers of online education in the U. S.
I also need to get certified. The IAI program requires that a person have a minimum of one year experience working in an area related to crime scenes. The IAI certification test must be passed with at least a 75% and is valid for five years.
I might need to complete a police academy. Most csi investigators are sworn police officers. This is not always required, but if it is, it would be good training and it would give me more experience. I can complete a police academy program before applying for an opening. Many training programs last a minimum of 12 weeks and include substantial physical fitness …show more content…
Police academies learn about self defense, firearms operations and first aid.
Reflections on my research: After doing my research, I saw that there is much work to be a csi investigator. I have always been interested in becoming one. It took much longer and harder than I thought. I started off with a bad start with the choice of archery. I only had a little bit of time to write notecards, since I had to change my question and main topic. I'm glad I changed it to a csi investigator, because I found way more information, and I actually enjoyed researching about something I want to know more about. This has I-search project has also helped me learn more in language arts. It helped me stay more organized and it helped me use my time wisely. I liked how we used notecards, I could find the information I found way easier. I could just find the notecard I needed, and I could just write down that
