As I mentioned before, I am completely fascinated with forensic sciences and law enforcement. I recently was present at SVCTE’s Open House on Thursday, the 25th of February. I visited the forensic science class and was astonished by the type of projects I was observing on his walls. From fake blood splatter, to shoeprints molded out of clay, I began to believe this is my future career. I then noticed the business center. The building was labelled “School of Business”. I walked into one classroom and was scared from what I saw. The cluster of multiple business folders and all staring eyes on me made me feel uneasy. I walked out believing maybe business is a career I should not major in. My feet finally guided me to the class of Law Enforcement. I have never been so excited in my entire life. The teacher was outstanding, answering each and every one of my questions about criminal justice, investigation, and cops. The students around me were dressed as officers, and a tower of stairs/a small wall was just outside the classroom, for physical activities to be done for future training of becoming an officer. I walked out of the law enforcement class assured that criminal law is what I want to major in. My dream is to be a criminal investigator and nothing is going to stop
