It takes a lot of sacrifice to be a professional soccer player, people need to work hard because many players try but only a small percentage succeed. Players must work hard every day during training, not only on the field, but also off the field. Professional athletes, particularly soccer athletes, have to maintain a strict regime throughout their careers. There are numerous points that these people should be prudent and rigorous about. Athletes need to eat well every day to be in a good physical condition. A soccer player cannot be fat; it is not possible for the higher level soccer player. A few days before a game players have to be intelligent and eat carbohydrates, vegetables, and drink water all day long to perform well in the game. Through this diet some players can be better than others. Diet can help to develop a prevention against injury and athletes who eat fast food every day get injured easier than athletes who have a good diet. Like many young people, athletes can be invited to join a party. The difference that can affect the path to achieve their goal is the answer. Some players go to parties whereas other players will stay at home to sleep. During these parties, there is another risk for everyone and particularly for the high-level player, it is alcohol. Alcohol can have a negative effect on the sportive performance.
