Beckham In American Football

Odell injured his hamstring two weeks ago against the 49ers. He didn’t practice all week last week leading up to the game against the Eagles on Monday night. Nevertheless, as you would expect Beckham played in the game on Monday night. In the first half it looked like he would have a big game being targeted seven times catching all seven passes for 76 yards one touchdown. However, in the second half the Eagles pretty much shut him down. The Eagles pretty much doubled teamed him the whole game including man pressing him to disrupt his routes. Eli basically had no time to throw him the football in the second half because he was under so much duress. You also would have to wonder if Beckham’s hamstring would kind of aggravate him or flare up as

Brett Favre, a former American football quarterback, is one of the best possible players to be considered in the NFL 2016 Hall of Fame Class, reports NFL National Lead Writer Mike Tanier (Bleacher Report). Brett Favre played for the Atlanta Falcons, the Green Bay Packers, the New York Jets, and the Minnesota Vikings. Favre’s season with the New York Jets in 2008 is not known for the most successful passes, but rather for the frequent nudes and controversial text messages with the former New York Jets sideline reporter Jenn Sterger. In 2010, the NFL began an investigation against Favre for alleged explicit sexual text messages and photos sent to Jenn Sterger. Favre would occasionally send voicemails to Jenn Sterger saying, “Love to have you…

In football the money quarter is the 4th it's when heroes are made or goats to blame. Sunday quarterback Cam Newton engineered two touchdowns in the final four minutes to seal this victory. Put it in perspective, Newton was 12 for 15 162 yards and the game-winning strike to tight end Greg Olsen with 32 seconds left. My favorite part about this whole thing is the fact that Newton is staying in the pocket looking downfield and trusting his wide receivers not just using his legs to burn defenses. It's so much fun to see his maturity and football IQ continuing to rise every game he threw some absolute frozen ropes where only our receivers could catch them.…

Without Dez Bryant, the Dallas Cowboys' offense has been crippled In hopes to improve an offense that’s struggling, the Dallas Cowboys, who’ve been snake bitten with injuries, have made a change at quarterback. Without quarterback Tony Romo, their four-time Pro Bowler and all-time franchise leading passer, the Cowboys were forced to roll with the arm of backup Brandon Weeden, after Romo fractured his left clavicle against the Eagles in Week 2. In three starts, Weeden completed 71 of 98 attempts, completing 72.4 percent of his passes. That looks sexy on paper, but with Weeden under center, Dallas’ passing game didn’t generate plays beyond intermediate distances to stretch opposing defenses for big plays.…

Doug has missed the first 3 weeks of the year and hasn't played in a month so we should monitor his workload this week. The good news is that he has fresh legs and looks to be in TREMENDOUS shape! Winston and the Buccaneers are averaging just under 278 passing yards which is 3rd in the NFL. It could and should be a lot more but Winston's and Desean Jackson's chemistry just isn't quite where it needs to be. In the last few weeks, Winston has either underthrown or even sometimes overthrown Jackson (which I didn't think was possible).…
