Some people define success as having a great job or having tons of money, while other people such as Becca Weber have a different way to describe what they think success is. Weber is an LPN (Licensed Practioner Nurse) at Exceptional Care and believes she is successful because she and her family are both happy and healthy. As I mentioned above, Weber also thinks every person has a different idea of what success is. When asked what she thought being successful was, she responded, “Success is happiness to me. Everybody in life finds success in their own way. Some people define success as having a good job and tons of money, while other people could think being happy and healthy is successful.” In other words, Weber does not think she is successful
