According to kidsrights.org “Every five minutes a child is killed by violence.” One man named Abraham M. Keita(or Keita for short)knew something had to be done about this fact so ever since he was nine he has been classified as an activist.

You might wonder what is an activist? Well, an activist is someone with a goal and not usually a short-term goal which can be anywhere from a day to a year or two it's usually a long-term goal which is from a year to maybe over a lifetime. Abraham classifies as an activist because he is fighting for children's rights and has made more improvement then Malala the girl education activist.

Keita was born during Liberia’s brutal civil war. His father, a driver for a humanitarian organization, was killed in an ambush on February twenty-eighth two thousand three when Keita was only five years old from also one of the things that made him want to achieve this goal is that a girl was rapped and murdered as a child in his home town of Liberia. Keith received his high school diploma in two thousand sixteen, supported by the KidsRights Care and Study fund. He now attends university in Liberia, where he studies environmental science. Also, he won the international peace prize in two thousand fifteen.

even though there are lots of doubts he still is going strong to make his dreams happen. In 2012 his efforts were rewarded with the signing into law of the Children's Act. He also lobbied successfully for direct national funding of children's participation and continues to lobby for free quality primary and secondary education for
