About the organization.
Blessed are you who are hungry now, for you will be filled. This is what Jesus said to his followers. One of the most well known organizations today for hunger relief is Rise against Hunger. Their headquarters are in Raleigh, North Carolina. They model the beatitudes for hunger and poor people.
What beatitude and how is it modeled.
They model the beatitude by caring for the people around the world and feeding them food and delivering first aid kits. They have fed many people in Africa and brought them to good graces with God.
Importance and how I can emulate
Their work is very important because it brings food and God to poor and hungry people. Also it is an example for people who want to volunteer for Rise
