Created research based on data. BeadKraft is a craft, beads, and jewelry supplies wholesaler. The main source of revenue is brick and mortar. However, driven by the vision “to expand the business online”, the company realized that it needs to better strategize digital presence. With a fixed budget, the company wants to expand their business online. Collecting data from different sources helped me identify the key performance indicator for the e-commerce store. I understood the most important marketing channels to express our brand and reach our target customers. We invested and focused only on those marketing channels and deprioritized other sources. By focusing on a few marketing channels the company has been able to identify new opportunities.
