Staffing plays a very important role in the success of any business whether it is a manufacturing business or trading, etc. The decisions which you take in staffing has a very dramatic effect on the quality of work, the amount of profits you make , the level of service you provide your customers and the amount of satisfaction they get from the services you provided them .
