Bay Path Research Paper

I like to say I didn’t find Bay Path, Bay Path found me. I would have never felt the way I feel about myself now without Bay Path and its WELL courses It is hard to point out specific dot connections and life changing insights I have received from this experience and these courses because there have been so many that have helped me reach the core of who I AM. For that I will be forever grateful. It all started with WEL 220, which I admit, at first, I was ambivalent and really didn’t take it that seriously. Which, now I think back to, is so ridiculous that I thought women’s empowerment was a silly thing. That is the very first dot I connected. That how so many woman have that same viewpoint about women’s empowerment. I am no way, shape, or form, the woman I was a year ago today. I never considered myself a leader, always a follower. Now, I actually look forward to, and try to cultivate leadership situations in my life because I get such a thrill out of it. I learned what fear actually is. It is the signal to us that we are about to embark on something really important. That we don’t fear the easy things like getting up and making an egg or tying our shoes. It gave me the ability to not make fear a bad thing anymore. I became curious about my fears and decided to dive into those things that scared me. I have been rewarded. I have been rewarded by knowing how powerful I actually am. I learned how much I was underestimating
