Battlefield vs. Call of Duty Battlefield and Call of Duty are two video game franchises that are popular for their extremely life-like war gameplay. There are many differences between the two, and the players of each usually have one that they prefer over the other. There are a few players that enjoy both equally, but most have a favorite.
Both franchises have made many games that are usually in competition with each other. The companies like to release the games around the same time to provide even more competition. This is a problem for the gamers that enjoy playing both games because since they are released around the same time, they have to make a choice between the two, which can be quite a hard decision to make. They really like to make every game be at the top of line in graphics. This shows because each game looks extremely realistic for that year’s potential. EA/DICE really focus on making the game as realistic as possible. Each new match in a multiplayer game is completely different. There is no way to predict how each match will turn out (Battlefield - Fun Facts).
Both games are pretty much set up the same. They each have a single-player mode and online multiplayer mode. One difference between the two is that some of the Call of Duty games include another mode. This is usually different between games, but it is a mode that can be played either single-player or multiplayer. It usually follows along the line of one through four players on a team trying to defeat some sort of horde of zombies or aliens. They are so similar yet so different. If they were not so similar, there would be no competition. The only way to really choose a game that is “better” is to not choose at all. The whole point of the competition between the two is to make a bigger and better game for the gamer to enjoy. Each of these franchises may constantly debate, but at the end of the day, it all comes down to the gamer. Every gamer may have a favorite, but either way, both of these franchises will always be on top. The franchises always put the gamer first. They are hardly worried about making the most money; as long as the gamers are satisfied. Battlefield and Call of Duty will always be the two franchises that gamers will argue about for the rest of the video gaming
