Battlefield 4 is a first-person shooter (FPS) set in modern day warfare. The game brings a sense of all out warfare and destruction to its players. Released originally on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC Battlefield is known for its realism and addictiveness. Create by a Swedish gaming development company (Dice) and published by EA in 2013. Battlefield 4 was one of the best battlefield games to be released by Dice due to its amazing graphics and overall variety in gameplay.
Battlefield has a massive multiplayer holding 64 people in one game (32 on each team). With a vast map selection, it makes for a hardcore and enjoyable online experience. With such large maps players must use strategy and teamwork to complete key objectives to win the game. Vehicles are also a key part of the game. Players can operate tanks, jets, helicopters and more. Another huge part of why battlefield has become so successful is because of the destructibility of buildings. The knifing system gives the player an incredible animation when acquiring a knife kill. Each melee weapon in the game gives different animations. The different animations can come from behind, the sides and even from the front of the enemy soldier. Then at the end of every knifing sequence your character grabs the enemy soldiers dog tags as they fall to the ground. The game also has a counter-knifing system giving the person being knifed from the front a chance to counter the attack. Although the counter knife system is a good addition to the game players have found that there are many technical issues with it.
