The Battle of Trenton
The battle of trenton was a fight that started when my army crossed over the Delaware River which occurred on the nights of December 25-26 in 1776 during the american revolutionary war. Before actually launching the surprise attack on the Hessians, my army had a hard time crossing over the river due to the tremendous amount of ice. The surrounding ice would cause the boats to be stuck in place so the army could not properly get through. The weather was also worse than it had been crossing the river, but my soldiers continued to proceed as I rode up and down the column pressing my men to carry on. At the same time, German drums urgently called the Hessians to arms. To
