On the above date, time, at the above location i was dispatched in reference to possible sexual battery that was occuring.

The complaint, David (unable to ascertain last name), advised that his friend tatiana young called stating she needed help due to someone being at her house (above location).

I arrived on scene and noticed that no one was at the residence.

I re-made contact with david via celluar telephone who alleges that tatiana stated that she just needed some one to be kicked out of her house. David then gave me tatianas phone number, at which point i called tatiana. Tatiana advised me that, she was not home and was driving on dixie highway, in the city of aventura. Tatiana further advised that she never called, david, nor did she
