PART 1- Identify Three Research Questions WHY DO BATTERED WOMEN STAY IN THE RELATIONSHIP: Most battered women remain in there abusive relationships due to several reasons and in trying to discover the answer to why they stay is a process that needs to be address by some research questionnaire and interview to identify the reasons behind their decision. WHAT ARE THE COPING MECHANISM FOR BATTERED WOMEN: If battered women chose to stay by receiving all the abuse they should be a coping mechanism that helps them to deal with their situation and is the means of coping skills may come from emotional attachment for the abuser, family support, believe that the partner will change, religious believe, and cultural or societal expectations. BATTERED WOMEN WHO LEFT THEIR ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIP ARE THEY ABLE TO FIND BALANCE IN LIFE: Having this constant fear about their abuser might distort some women in their relationship with other men and their environment where the memories of the abuse might affect their health and attitude towards life.
