Session held at the SVABA center. During session, DI and Wyatt worked on following one step instructions, self-help skills and use words when he need an object. When Wyatt arrived to session he was laughing and playing with his dad. Wyatt independently inicitae potty time, Wyatt independently walked to the bathroom and did the toilet training step without been promoted. Wyatt's dad informed DI that Wyatt is constipated and not be able to go poo since Saturday. After 10 am Wyatt independently say I need potty and walked to the bathroom but had it a hard time going number two. Wyatt lead down in the floor quietly, shaking and having chills. DI informed case supervisor (Ms. May) and asked for assistance.
