Paris, France, The City of Lights, a hotspot for life, culture, and history. Paris is a destination that is no stranger to tourism. Even with the high density of its inhabitant, Paris still has room to accommodate and entertain its tourists. The history of Paris is one of its major selling points to many tourists and visitors. The surrounding area with both its monuments and architecture is able to tell a story. One major historical site is the area where the Bastille formerly stood.
