Basketball Point Guard

The point guard of a basketball team had the best percentage of three points and percentage of field goals – 2-points, on the team, with an average of 75 percentage average in both areas last season. Unfortunately this season he is struggling severely in both areas, he has been examined and it has been determined he has no injuries. During his off-season that was approximately 4 months long, he changed his workout strategies. He workout sessions were 6 days a week and workout included 3 times a day, and before he concluded each session he had to make 500 jump shots and 300 free throws consecutively.
