In my 7th grade year of basketball I had a really good coach, my coaches name was Mr.Lemin. Mr. Lemin taught me a lot about basketball, he is a very big reason why I'm so good at basketball. I am very competitive when it comes to basketball. I have had a bunch of wonderful coaches, but Mr.Lemin was my favorite!

When I got older I started to go to a bunch of basketball camps down at NMU. I started to get better and better as the years went on. In my 8th grade year of basketball

"I have to talk to you about something!" He mentioned.

"What is it?" I answered.

"You need to watch your back for the older girls, they are very jealous of how good you are." He explained.

"Why would the be mad though?" I questioned.

"They think you are going to take there spot on varsity." He responded. After all of the talking and everything Mr. Faust left our house.

When school came around I talked to Mr.Faust and he said I was getting pulled up my freshman year! I was so excited and so grateful, that he pulled me up. I have been working really hard for this and I did it! Although not everyone was happy for me, the older girls were a little frustrated, but they will get over it. So that's my passion, what's yours?

My habit is related to habit four, Win-Win. I picked this habit because I need a winning attitude and it gives me integrity. The Win-Win attitude is very important to me, I have to be competitive, I'm seeking success, and I don't want any negative energy. I'm filled with a lot of determination and I'm very competitive when it comes to basketball. I am happy for the success of others, I treat people with respect, I have a deep inner sense of personal worth and

He inquired, I nodded- mentally stabbing myself in the face because of the amount of times I've been asked this question. "You must have had such a great role model to look up to and train with didn't you?" I shrugged and replied in monotone, "Something like that," "Well! Now that everyone knows everyone, let's get to business!" Brick recites with feign excitement.…

After I read the 7 habits book, I started to know that I don’t actually have an appropriate balance among the various aspects of my life (family, friends, work, and so forth). I started to know this as I read the RBA (relationship bank account) pages. I came to know that about me because in the RBA section, RBA deposits and RBA withdrawals, I read the RBA deposits and I didn’t fit into all of them, but as I read the RBA withdrawals I came to know that I fitted into almost everything like Break promises, Talk too much, and Keep to yourself. I always do these kind of stuff to my friends, peers, and my best friends which makes it harder to keep up with my relationships. In the habit 4 worksheet, I had a lot of situations that relates to win- lose and lose- win attitude which I could have easily changed to a win- win situation, but I didn’t…

My modified basketball years, seventh and eighth grade, were by far some of the most fun years of basketball thanks to Carrie Weegar. Carrie was our coach and she made practice so much fun each and every day. Along with working hard and practicing the fundamentals that we would need to know for JV basketball, we played many different games and had many moments where we would just fool around and have fun with each other. While being a part of the modified basketball team I got to know a few girls, Abby Taylor, Jenna Kesner, and Haleigh Agans, who ended up being my teammates all throughout high school and we accomplished great things…
