Did you Know there’s an organism that can walk on water. The basilisk lizard is not an ordinary lizard with its nickname “Jesus Lizard” you can tell what this lizard can do. The basilisk lizard can run on water , with its 2 hind legs for 15 ft. This animals is an omnivore its diet is mostly small insects , plants and small animals.
The Basilisk lizard or also known as the Jesus lizard. They are located in Central and South American tropical rainforest near rivers and streams, Mostly living in low elevations.This species ranges from Southwestern Nicaragua to Northwestern Colombia, and Central Panama to Northwestern Venezuela. In Costa Rica they are mostly found on the Pacific side of the country.Its also
