Thank you for the feedback. Baseline lab evidence outlines treatment progress and direction of therapy needed. I appreciate your thought process for following up sooner. The reason I directed Dale to follow up in two weeks in my outlined treatment plan is supported by Dales receptiveness in education with trying the non-pharmacological alternative treatments in conjunction with Colchicine. Rather than pushing more medications on patients (NSAIDs) right from the date of a diagnosis, I feel it is important to provide patients with more than one approach to dealing with pain.
