Baseball Past Time Research Paper

Baseball is one of my favorite things to do and watch. I love to play baseball and I also like to watch Major League baseball live at the field or on television. Everything about it is so entertaining from the competitive aspect, to watching my favorite players or even playing baseball. I believe most Americans like baseball as much as I do as their favorite past time. It's been my favorite sport since I was six years old when I first started playing in Little League.

First of all, when I started playing baseball in Little League I remember how excited I felt when I got my uniform. I put it on all proud and wanted to wear it all the time. I always pretended that I was one of the favorite players, Alex Rodriguez. I also remember when my mom took me to the store to pick out my glove and my cleats. It felt like forever after I got my gear until my first game. I couldn't wait for Opening day. It was such happy memories remembering when I first started Little League.

I played both positions on my Little League team. Both positions are very exciting but very different. I was nervous sometimes when I was the pitcher. It is a lot of pressure in this position. You have to make sure the batter doesn’t hit the ball or if he does that your team will back you up and catch the ball if its hit. But it is also a rush of adrenaline when you are on the pitching mound. I loved batting too. I remember a time when my team was down by one point and I had two players on base. I was so nervous because the team was counting on me to hit the ball. The pitcher threw the ball and I hit it into the outfield and scored the winning run. Everyone cheered for me and I was so
