Barry Carver's Evaluating Communication Style

I believe this statement is true. Being able to do the job is key and employees are hired for their competence. Barry Carver's intimidating communication style has put a barrier between him and his subordinates. Currently, if Carver doesn't change his performance he could get fired from lack of agreeableness and an intimidating demeanor.
Carver's intimidating communication style has made it hard for his peers to want to work with him. His peers are avoiding him and working around him. He is not an approachable manager which has made him an ineffective leader. Carver may not know the way he communicated was being taken that way since he got to where he was using that communication style. He might have had a manager with that style or didn't
