A process that would benefit both the undocumented immigrants and the Government. This process needs to be well thought out and even better executed.It cannot be an incentive for others to try and migrate illegally and take advantage of this pathway. So first and foremost undocumented individuals seeking to become legal residents would have the task of proving they have been residing in the United States for at least three years prior to the passage of this new procedure. They will need to provide dated documents such as bank statements, enrollment in school, passport showing date of entry into the united states. Those who are unable to prove this will not be eligible to gain legal residence and may be subject to deportation. Anyone foun to be falsifying documents to gain legal resident will be put on a deportation proceedings immediately to avoid new undocumenteds from trying to game the system. Those who make it past the first step will then be thoroughly interview and an intensive background check will be done, these costs will be assumed by each individual.In an effort to unite both sides of the spectrum ,the plan i have devised should be pleasing to both sides.I have presented a pathway to citizenship but in away that benefits the government.This plan might not be
