The Second amendment states "A Well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bare arms shall not be fringed" Most people in this case use the last few words and say that you have the right to bare arms. This has always been an issue in the United States especially with those people being about to have gun in their own household. This is an argument that has being going on for years now since 1837 when Georgia passes a law banning handguns. They end up being used to kill one another because of gang affiliated actions. This like I already stated is an ongoing argument between the two you will always have that one one group of people for gun control and you will always have the other group who is against the fact of even owning a gun. There is two sides to everything and not everyone will agree upon something. Just like there will always be that one person to always state their opinion on something. I personally believe that if they are responsible enough and aren't going to use it for other reason there is no big deal about having them. It is not .The gun who causes peoples death if you think about it because it doesn't shoot by itself, it is the operator using the weapons to cause other people to die. So I can see where people are saying that guns can be bad but you can't just blame it on the gun. People have to put it about the person who did the action. Everyone can have all the gun control laws, but if they are not enforced, people are going to find a way to protect themselves. We need to recognize that bad people are doing bad thing with these firearms and weapons. It's not the law-abiding citizens, and it's not the person who chooses to use the gun as a hobby. In relation to that I am all for people having guns as long as they are used as a protection, or even as a hobby but not towards people "getting back" at one another, then I say no to it. It’s really a responsibility
