The Nature of Life
With eyes closed; water flows vertically from streams to rivers. Mountain peaks steeper than any hills ever seen. The sky beautifully soft and warm. Forests under the sun providing nutritious food and shelter. Migration of birds in unison. Those were my responses to the beginning of the movie Baraka, created by Ron Fricke and Mark Magidson. One of the key thing about God is the human inability to comprehend every single thing about their God. The reason why I consider saying “their God”is because everyone has their different god. For example, the Christian's bible constantly refers to the God of Abraham, the God of Jacob, the God of David all referring to one God, which Christians consider as the ultimate God, meaning the God above all of …show more content…
And if you look deep enough the rituals tend to be similar. Like one of the rituals seen in an African tribe when the guy fainted meaning that the person’s spirit has escaped their body and went in an alternate universe is similar to what occurred in pentecostal church where a person passed out as a sign of them leaving their physical flesh to attend to a higher calling where their spirit is with God. And when that person returns back to the body they usually come with a prophecy meaning a warning or a message from God. They sometimes speak in tongues which are considered a gift due to it extreme spiritual exposure. In the Christian bible speaking in tongues is purely a message from the spirit because a person’s lip is conveying a message that the mind doesn't comprehend but the spirit in that person understands

If you think about each and every aspect of the nature of our world, it is truly indescribable. Think about how many blades of grass there are just in a small field or how animals instinctually know how to survive and work together. The world around us is extraordinary, but, unfortunately, in today’s society, most of us do not even bother to look up and take it in. We are all too self-absorbed and will not even take the time to put down our technology and appreciate the scenery outside. One day during the pouring rain, I took the time to sit by a window and observe the raindrops glide down my window and the squirrels run to take shelter from the rain.…

The Existence of God This argument about the existence of God, better known as the cosmological argument, begins with the late philosopher Aristotle. Similar to a modern day natural scientist, he believed that we could ascertain more about the world and the very fundamental nature of things within our world just by observing and recording. Aristotle too, would look and study the world and its patterns that were around him in order to gain insight into his world.…
