While I understand that his part in the 9/11 catastrophe was major and that America suffered greatly from that event, I don't think that the best way to justify things was to kill in return. Death is very permanent, and while lots of Americans and their families had to deal with it, I don't see the point in doing the same to someone else; I find it slightly inhumane. Arresting him and keeping him in prison for life, if that were possible for America to do to someone who isn't in America, would have been a better option, in my opinion.
