Barack Obama Leadership Style Essay

There are numerous leaders in today’s society from Hillary Clinton, Warren Buffet to Al Sharpton, now in my opinion they are all good in their own way, but the forty fourth president of the Unites States who is Barack Obama is a great leader. President Barack Obama is a different kind of leader, number one he is the first African American president of the United States. The leadership skills that the president displays is charming and when he speaks in public and he seems to allure his audience. There is an attractiveness about his personality traits that allow his style to be charismatic and qualitative at the same time. The president’s capacity to capture and deliver is what the audience wants to hear in all his speeches.
