Barack Obama was born in 1961 to his parents Ann Obama an Barack Obama Sr. After his schooling Obama moved to Chicago and helped out the community by doing various deeds, such as helping out churches and planting trees around the neighborhood. Because of his experiences in Chicago, Obama knew that even normal citizens of a community could bring big change by putting in the work as stated by one of his quotes “True democracy is a project that’s much bigger than any one of us. It’s bigger than any one person, any one president, and any one government. It’s a job for all of us.” So Obama returned to Illinois to teach constitutional law at the University of Chicago, and to start his career in public service.
